Yes, it is true D W higgins is a very toxic enviroment for children. The principal hires without back ground checks. The principals own daughter who teaches there is and has gone through drug rehab, pyscological rehab, and is currently being questioned for possible molestation of one of the students! the parents need to know! the children need to be protected. The principal needs to be accountable for her non- action of this and many other things that go on there. Where is the school board? who is monitoring these charter schools?

Somethign needs to be done and done quickly before another young student gets molested, or mis treated.
