I have valet my vehicle with this company several times at several locations. I come to find out that this company is also run out of this persons home and out of the back of his car which would explain their lack of professionalism. Valet experience number one left my vehicle with a scuffed up rim and broken signaling knob which the company refused to pay for or fix, followed up by the owner never returning calls or emails. The last straw was when my vehicle was parked with the windows down and unlocked in a vacant lot behind a restaurant leaving my sunglasses, briefcase and personal papers stolen out of it also to have the company deny any wrong doing followed up by refusal to return phone calls and emails. Stay away from this company at all costs.

They treat their employees the same too...

There were a number of employees and not just me that EPIC VALET was not paying their employees the proper amount in accordance with FEDERAL LAW.

I made claims to EPIC VALET about my paycheck missing overtime and missing entire days "8 hours of pay" missing from my paycheck and kept getting arguments, refusals to investigate the matter, and denials that they owed me.

As soon as I notified the Federal Dept of Labor about their refusal and denials, they sure paid me back the money they owed me UNDER FEDERAL LAW and then decided that they didn't need me anymore because Arizona is undoubtedly a RIGHT TO WORK state.

How can you treat your employees wrong like this?

If the company is favoring unethical and immoral business operations not in accordance with federal regulation with its employees and then you fire them for bringing up this issue to the federal department of labor that they are not paying their employees properly, isn't that cut-throat?

This Company not only treats its customers like crap, but they also leave their employees providing good customer service to their clients high and dry!
