Your report is so full of grammatical errors that I doubt very much that you are in fact a "very sucessful" businessman unless being the chief dick sucker at the local glory hole is your defination of success. How come you had a security guard with a gun with you? Were you giving him a ride to work at the lumberyard or what? You are damned lucky ANYONE picked you up. The only time I have ever see 9 black men in a travelling together was when I see a jail bus on the way to court in the morning.

I was a limo driver for years. I have had many experiences with many people. sometimes 16 passengers at one time. So let me say that first to establish that I know about the business of Limousines. I am now a fraud investigator and have seen lots of reports. Some real, some that are obviously... well let's just say they don't look right.  

I see you claim blatent racial bigotry, but I don't see anywhere in your story where you give an example of blatent racism. As I read your story, I see that the first thing that happened was your attempt to cancel an hour before. You need to understand that when you ordered the limo service, they took a limo and a driver out to go to your place. It is unreasonable for you to cancel limousine service just an hour before the scheduled arrival time. They told a driver to come into work and pick up the size of limo that you ordered and told he was going to be working for you that day. If you cancell just an hour before, that driver was already in and preparing your limo. Just because you decide you dont want the service anymore just an hour before the original request. ALSO that limo could have been scheduled for someone that really wanted it, so you cancelling it cost them money in all sorts of ways. I think thats what got you pissed off and into these stories of the driver being racist immediately upon arrival is ridiculous and again you don't give any examples. Please don't say I am racist for telling you what I am going to tell you next. I have friends of a lot of different ethnicities and have had girlfriends the same way. So don't call me a racist but we all know that some people like to blame all of their frustrations on racism. Those kinds of people are usually black. I think you are Black for that reason. Of all the years I drove the limousine and all the thousands of different people of different races I have driven, The ONLY time I had trouble with passengers was when it's a group of black people. One time, I had 6 passengers that were black and they drank ALL of the alcohol I had and then demanded that I provide them with Colt 45 malt liquor. I guess 4 flasks of gin, vodka, whiskey and rum I had in the cabin wasn't enough. Another set of black people wanted me to drive through the KFC drive through. I had to explain to them that the kfc drive through is too small for the limo, so I went in and got it for them. Another time a group of blacks just married wanted to hang their heads out of the sunroof. (very illegal in my state) They didn't dump urine in my limo like your group did but they poured all of the alcohol on the floor of the car and were charged accordingly for the cleanup. Just like you were. AND they didn't tip me anything at all for 8 hours of driving. So I got back to the garage and was cleaning the limo the best I could. It looked like there was a fight back there. they broke a glass and but it in the ice bin so I cut my hand. Then I get a phone call from the Groom of the wedding party that I had just dropped off. He is asking me for his camera that has all of his wedding pictures in it. I told him that I will look for it. I eventually found it amongst all of the trash back there. I opened the camera and exposed all of the film and threw it in the garbage with the other trash. Revenge is sweet and payback is a bitch. He called again and I told him: Sorry! Didn't find a thing. Thank you for hiring our limo company! OH! That felt good.

I want examples of the racism you claim and an explanation for you wanting to cancell a driver that they got out of bed to come into work for you.

Your story has holes in it all over the place and The ONLY people I ever had trouble with in the limo business was blacks. So based on that, I am calling bullshit on this story of yours.

Mr. Coleman is blatantly lying. If Mr. Coleman had an “automatic concern of racism to begin with” then why did he use the limousine longer then his original reservation?! Why would you continue using a service if there was racism? There was absolutely 100% NO racism involved and Mr. Coleman knows this and should be ashamed of himself for even suggesting this. The way that Mr. Coleman rants and raves about “your kind to know that you have no origin” and “everything you do is done better by a black man or black woman” sounds to me as if Mr. Coleman is the one who has a problem with the different races!

Per our terms and conditions, we do not allow the privacy divider to remain up. Mr. Coleman became belligerent when told he could not put the divider up. His response was “what if I’m back here with a woman.” Our response was that was exactly why we do not allow people to put the divider up and for the reason that sometimes people want to do illegal things in the back.

We are sorry, but we do not allow people to have sexual relations in our limousines, it is unsanitary. We feel that this may have been a turning point in Mr. Coleman and his friend’s actions for later on in the night. We feel that the damage done to the vehicle was in retaliation to Mr. Coleman not getting what he wanted.

In actuality, Mr. Coleman and his friends defaced and vandalized the property of NY 54 Limousines by burning cigarette holes in the carpet of the limousine and by URINATING in the limousine. Mr. Coleman, how would you feel if someone came to your house and urinated on your couch and carpet? Wouldn’t you want those items replaced if you could not get them back to their original condition? You claim that you did not “expressed any form of defiance or immaturity all night.” Yet you and your friends are the ones who not only disrespected someone else’s property but continually used the “N” word and the “F” word all night long. You never waited for an hour outside as you claim, we keep a complete time log of exact times and places that you attended all night long and you even signed off on that as accurate at the end of the night. You signed all of our contracts and the chauffeur even explained them to you. You were charged because you used our limousine service, you used additional hours beyond your original reservation, there was smoking in the vehicle which we don’t allow and states so in bold, capitalized letters in the contract, plus 2 burn holes in the carpet, you and/or one of your friends not only urinated on the seats and carpet, but also left some in a Styrofoam cup as a gift for us. We had to take that vehicle out of commission the next day because there was such excessive cleanup that we could not rent it to the intended party, therefore losing income. We have also had to order new carpets because we cannot successfully remove the stench or the urination in the vehicle. Anyone in their right mind knows how difficult it is getting the smell of urine out of anything.

For your information, the posts above are not from NY 54 Limousines so please don’t accuse us of writing those. You are the one bringing race into this, not us. When you called to make your reservation, we did not know your race and even now do not care what your race is, it doesn’t have anything to do with the fact that you defaced and disrespected somebody else’s property. You signed our terms and conditions and because of you and your friends damages you need to take responsibility for your actions.

For anyone who knows the owners and/or employees of NY 54 Limousines would know that the racism accusation is so completely FALSE and untrue that it is almost comical! Mr. Coleman is just slinging wildly false accusations all over just because he doesn't want to take responsibility for his and his friend's actions. It's disgusting and revolting that Mr. Coleman feels the need to play the "race card" In my opinion, it devalues and disrespects the people who really do encounter racism. I think that by reading Mr. Coleman's rantings, it is proof enough who the real racist is. NY 54 does not care what origin somebody is or the color of their skin. We have catered to not only regular people, but numerous celebrities, sports players, sports teams, CEO's, etc. We have high quality cars that are all current body styles and are kept immaculately cleaned and maintained.
