We hired In Search of Nanny to refer a nanny to us. The nanny was hired and proceeded to take numerous days off. In the end the nanny left before her last week. We requested that In Search of Nanny work with us to get a new nanny at no charge since we had problems with the nanny that was referred and they refused. In Search of Nanny did absolutely nothing to make a customer happy. They were paid and only cared about receiving their money and nothing about customer satisfaction.

I am the owner of In Search of Nanny and the agency has no record of a client with this name and no record of this event.
When a fanily registers with In Search of Nanny we sign an agreement which details our fees and guarantee. We will not work with a client without one. We provide a one year guarantee and the details are included in our written agreement. This parent says the nanny left a week before her last week. Was that after a year, six months, five years? Did the parent keep the agency informed? Did they have a written agreement with the nanny? Perhaps the nanny left because they changed the job? There are so many other questions to be answered to know if this is a real complaint.
