Kiddo's Learning Centers Phillip Carlson cheat, deceptive business practices, non-responsive to consumer questions Lake Mills, Wisconsin

We are former customers of Kiddo's Day Care center in Madison, Wisconsin.  After having paid for a full month's of daycare, we were informed via letter that our daycare would be closing in two weeks and that we needed to find new accommodation for our daughter's care.  I spoke directly with the center director to ask for a refund of the last week's care for which we paid but would not receive any actual child care due to the center's closing.  I was told that I would receive a full refund and even received an invoice showing that I was due a refund upon the center's closing. 

It now appears that the initial letter stating we would receive a refund was simply a ruse to allow the owner to easily and quietly close our daycare center.  After 5 weeks of no communication from Kiddo's, we received a letter stating that we would not be receiving a refund.  The invoice that we were mailed was entirely different than the invoice we were handed upon the closing of the center.  The owner of this business, Philip Carlson, has not returned any phone calls of any of the parents who are due refunds. 

Again, we paid for five weeks of daycare and only received four weeks.  This business still operates three daycare centers around Madison so they are not out of business.  The owner of this business has just simply decided that he would not refund the money owed to his former customers.
