Learning Care Group Pay and benefits department: Tiffany Corbin Novi, Michigan

This report is warning those who work for Learning Care Group, or are thinking about working for Learning Care Group!

You should know that Learning Care Group does not care about their employees whatsoever! Most of the time, you can't even get benefits to begin with! I was one of the lucky ones who got beneifts right away. That doesn't usually happen!

I had no complaints with the pay and benefits department until I had an issue.

They close 4:30p, eastern time which makes it hard for you to contact them!

They also don't check their work phones or emails over the weekend which makes it even more difficult to get ahold of someone!

Once you do finally get in contact with someone, they are rude and threatening! They only follow the minimum legal guidelines on anything they do...which as we all know is next to nothing! The also give you false information about your file so when you do have an issue, you knew nothing about it!

If you want to work for Learning Care Group, be prepared to work for a company who didn't give raises for 7 years and gives raises on a year to year basis, not individual employee basis. Also be prepared for your raise to be about 10 cents! Be prepared for directors and managers to never want to help you out....i.e. when you have to go to the bathroom! Also be prepared for employees to quit all the time leaving you screwed over working tons of hours and then the company forcing you to take long breaks to get rid of your hard earned over time!! Be prepared for the company to want you to take work home with you even though you are no pay salary!

Basically be prepared to hate working for Learning Care group!
