ADES ran a report that showed I hadn't paid child support during years 2001 through 2005. My credit report says otherwise. Don't the credit bureaus get their information from the companies who report it? Hence, ADES must have told them I was paying for all those years. Why now are they coming back on me telling me I didn't pay (when I know for a fact I did). What should I do. They refuse to listen to me. My account was turned over to the Attorney Generals office and Kathie Pearson (assistant AG) won't even entertain the thought that their computer database could have a glitch, or that they actually lost data and now I'm being charged without merit. Any ideas of what to do out there?
