Child Protective Services Gave my child to a convicted rapist the is still on parole for rape and has fail several drug tested for crack and has been in and out of jail every since they gave him the child he attempted to rape my child friend also since cps gave him the kids cps will not talk to me please read my story Huntsville Texas

Rachelle in the huntsville office had my case with child protective service. My second child told them she was molested at school because she was about to be supended. I immediatly took her to the doctor because they told me her step-father did it which was my husband. When i took her to the doctor he couldn't examine her because she had never been open. The social worker name marie talk to nannette and told her the child had lied. They ask me to bring her to conroe tx. and they took her in a office and wouldn't let me go in. They change the story and said she was fondle with. I never then it was a lie. After questioning my child she told me she was told to say that by my mother. My mother and i don't have a good relationship because i was Sexually abused by my step father and she hated my every since.

Well since i voice that to them they took my two girls from and and get this gave them to their father (naturally) who was on Parole for rape. After my husband case was dismiss they wouldn't give them back. My ex boyfriend is on crack and tried to rape a 14 year old girl my daughter called my upset because the girl was her friend. CPS will not return any of my calls or even see me. I don't live in the same town as my kids and they want to come home everyday. When i told the judge that my ex is on parole for rape serving a 15 year sentence he told me to shut up. I didn't have a lawyer and they told me this was only temp. I'm scared everyday for my daughter. Well he's in jail right now for voilating his parole for drugs in his system. But he's due to get out in Feb.10,2007.

Cps sent me to parent class so i thought but the hold time they were trying to get me to admit the my husband did it. My husband has been taking care of my daughter since the oldest was 18 months old and the second one was only 3 months old. He wouldn't was eight years later to start molesting. After Jessie got out of prison this is when this all started. Never before.

Cps is know they are wrong but if they fix the problem then it will show they were wrong but so they want fix the problem.

By the way my ex-boyfriend had 2 attempted rape charges and 1 charge. This is a very sad situation and the one that's hurting the most is my kids. They give my drug test. all negative which can be proven. The doctor stop giving them to me after 2months because he claim he was wasting state and tax payer money. I've never been in jail no felon or anything.
