DCF falsefying reports and making people bend over backwards to keep thier children West Palm Beach Florida

Me and my girlfriend have had false allegations used againist us by dcf. They came to our house and wrote a investigation report (I aquired today) and I found out they were claiming at least 2 intances of domestic violence when there was only one and I foinf out they were using our childhood records againist us. I thought no one had access to our juvenile records. We both had 1 thing aganist but I thought was confidential information and that it shouldn't have been released to begin with. How did they get this? Its not bad stuff, but where is the privacy of juvenile records. They said that we make bad decisions. I, the father at the time of the investigation was under going procedures to get back surgery. I took more meds than I should of, but no where in thier report do they mention I was on my way to get back surgery so I would no longer need meds to get by. I dont take meds since my surgery, but they don't see it that way. They made the mother to move out of our home and live with her grandma and placed temporary custody with the grandmother who is 70 years old. Where is the logic of that placement? They never proved child abuse but they falsified the investigational report saying all allegations were verified and now our daughter is caught up in this insane goverment agencey. I wrote the office of inspector genereal and got a letter saying my allegations were forwarded to the circuit administrator and its been a month since I got that letter. Doesn't DCF answer to anyone? Any help or suggestions to get my case dismissed. My current attorney won't fight for me.
