To the OP: What reasons were given for the DHR to come into your home uninvited? Anyone from any government agency must have a warrant to enter a home, without that, then they need serious allegations to support a charge of imminent danger? Any drug or alcohol issues? Where were your parents during all this? Were you living at home, apparently not given the sketchy outline.

To the CSB worker: Madam , I think you need a few classes in etiquette and tact here, your comment was totally offbase and unfair and very indicative of your moral upbringing. Ever hear of "can't say anything nice, don't say it?" Why in the world would your agency place a baby in danger in the first place by allowing her to be molested? And then to top it off, not allowing the concerned mother to have her daughter checked for signs of sexual abuse is outrageous, unless it was one your sick minded co workers who did the awful deed and the higher ups at the agency did not want the mother to know this so she could press criminal charges against that person? Another question: What circumstances and based on what sort of allegations would create a need to go into someone's home, not only uninvited but also in a criminal manner? I cannot think of one single reason why that would be the case. If there are serious allegations relating to the health and safety of minor child then a warrant is needed. No exceptions. Look up the Supreme Court documented case and ruling for yourself. Within that ruling are the words: "Despite the arrogance and exaggerated powers that social service agencies have, there is no exception to the Forth Amendment right to be secure in their houses, papers and effects. If the police need a warrant to obtain evidence then it applies to ALL agents of the government, that includes social workers, Madam.

They would not take your child just because you were 16 and they would not take 4 (was it?) kids from you for NO reason... OP is leaving a lot out of her story.

I work for a police department in Mobile, AL and you are a complete liar.  They don't just come in for no reason, they may without *you* knowing but I more than assure you that more than the required paperwork was in hand and you had probably been under investigation for a while.

You are a child, you should not be having children in the first place.  And how would you know that your baby was rapped?  Sound like you're trying to get revenge on what happened to you.  Yes, you are the typical unwed, teen mother trying to play mommy.  And where is the baby's father during all of this?  He can also step up with you, he could even take custody. 

At the health department in Mobile, AL they offer free or very low cost birth control and I hope you consider it because you have been ruled unfit as a parent and you think that you aren't but you are wrong and several government agencies have agreed as well as other comments on here.  I hope that you stop thinking you can gain personal power through having children because until you are also mentally capable of being a mother, not just a cheap c*m bucket, maybe someone, somewhere will think you have the capabilities of being a true mother instead of a breeder.

It sounds like the OP was frustrated and needed to vent. Details were left out, there's no doubt about that, but calling her a name like that is just unecessary. 

It's no surprise that the rest of the country thinks that Alabama is just a bunch of ignorant rednecks - look at the way you've represented us!

Wow.  I am not sure the full details are here in order for anyone to make a judgement. 

 They can not take your child away just because you are 16.  I had a child at 16.  He is a happy, healthy 10 year old boy.  Who still lives at home with his father and I.  So there must be some details you are leaving out of the story.  Where were you living, what was the condition of your house?  What time was it that they came to your house? 

 How do you know that your 5 month old child was sexually abused?  At this age they do not have anyway of verbally expressing this to you.  So was it something you were checking for?  I am not sure, how you can be so positive that a 5 month old was abused in that nature.  I can understand the DHR offices denying your request to get her checked out.  An exam of that nature, can damage a child especially at that age if nothing actually has happened to her. 

 If the story you state is true and correct.  That they took 2 out of your 4 children in less than a 10 year time period, with no basis.  Why not go to the media with your story?  Why not fight them in court?  There are plenty of pro-bono lawyers that if you are telling the truth will actually look at your story and
