They can not take your child away just because you are 16. I had a child at 16. He is a happy, healthy 10 year old boy. Who still lives at home with his father and I. So there must be some details you are leaving out of the story. Where were you living, what was the condition of your house? What time was it that they came to your house?
How do you know that your 5 month old child was sexually abused? At this age they do not have anyway of verbally expressing this to you. So was it something you were checking for? I am not sure, how you can be so positive that a 5 month old was abused in that nature. I can understand the DHR offices denying your request to get her checked out. An exam of that nature, can damage a child especially at that age if nothing actually has happened to her.
If the story you state is true and correct. That they took 2 out of your 4 children in less than a 10 year time period, with no basis. Why not go to the media with your story?
