Support Kids takes money without performing services Austin Texas

Last May I signed a contract with Support Kids after I became desperate to recieve Child Support. The NCP was in and out of court when he skipped out and ran to Las Vegas. A year had gone by when I felt desperate to receive anything. I asked them if they would collect on support if state caught up to NCP and support kids said they would only take fees on what they collect and that they had the best equipment to track him. 1 week later they sent me a letter stating that they exhausted all efforts and they could not locate.

Several months later state caught up with NCP and 3 wks ago he started making payments. I called State Child support enforcment and asked why I have not received his payments yet and they informed me the payments were goiing to support kids. Why do they get my childrens money? I'm stopping them. They should be shut down. Please help. I won't stop until they stop!
