Yolo County Cps being unfair Woodland California

to whom it may concern i am writting this repoort about yolo county cps i been in cps since 2006 of feburary. recntly just had my 4-year old adoptive out to the state. i have been on volentary matince 4 18months, i had my youngest removed at the beginning of the volantary matnace case i got back after 2 weeks time. as of july 6 2009 they removed her 4 unnessary reason.at the rime of living in transonal my moeny was being stotelon on three different occasion they came and removed form a outpaient progrm that i was attending at that time.

will before i got a chance tell the worker where i was going she already made call to her supervisor to remove my daurhter from care. i wen to a old program where they allowed me to stay until i got housing. i currently have adiquite housing for her to come home to but they refuse to let her come home also due to my mental health, there are people out there that are way more challenged that can take of there kids.
