Dr Andrew S Morris is under investigation by several insurance companies for medical fraud. He performed treatments on a patient with severe disc injuries that should not have been prescribed.
The patient turned him in to 100 insurance companies (they all have copies of the bill as well as a medical expert report decrying the procedures as 'not appropriate' on file).
