I ordered BioFreeze from them.  The charge was put through on our credit card immediately.  We didn't receive anything for over a month.  I called several times and they would say it'll be there on a given date and it didn't come.  They were very rude and unhelpful. They would not tell me if it had been shipped. Would not let me speak to a supervisor.  I finally disputed the charge with our credit card company.  We received the order about 1 week later. I don't think we would ever have received it had I not called several times.
