10/13/09  I'm happy to report that frederick c. padovano has been indicted by the Ocean Couty Grand Jury last week last week on a 5 count indictment for theft.  If anyone is interested in reading the article, it is in the Asbury Park Press today 10/13/09. It is also on the internet @ APP.com.  fred is to expected to be arraigned within the next several weeks. If anyonedd else has been taken by this con artist, please contact the Ocean County Prosicutors Office in Toms River N.J.  I'd like to thank Rip Off Report & the O.C Prosecutors Office for all their help. 

So he got 5yrs probation & ordered to pay back those he stole from.  He stole $82k from me & was ordered to pay me back through probation $1200 a month.  He made this deal to avoid a trial where he was looking at 20yrs. in prison.  I really wanted this to go to trial, but the prosecutor's office felt it was best  to let him do the deal.  I finally said o.k.,  because at least we would all get our money back.  Subsequently,  the prosecutor's office even helped him to get his chiropractor's licence back.  They said, in this way he should be able to pay everyone back sooner!
     Well,  the first 3 months or so it looked good; money was coming in every month.  But, at about the forth month, he missed a payment.  Then, he didn't pay the fifth or sixth months.  We contacted his probation officer, and we're told that he had to go in front of a hearing officer.  I was hoping that the hearing officer was going to put him in jail, or do something to stop this B.S.  My wife finally told me that he got over on us again!!  I couldn't believe what she told me!!  He got his payment reduced from $1200 to $500 a month!!  I wish I could have witnessed the sob story he layed on the hearing officer.
    This is B.S to the max!!  I tell you, I think he, & his lawyer had the whole thing planned from the beginning ( make a deal, and then plead a hardship later ).  His lawyer should be disbarred for this kind of conduct!  I had the feeling right from the moment we stepped out of the courtroom; i could tell from the smile on their faces!  How low can a lawer go, as to do such a thing?  He should be ashamed of himself!!  How could you even represent such a piece of trash? ( I guess it's just about the money!! ) 
    I was depending on that money!!  I lost my home, and my credit.  My whole life is in the toilet!!And, now you pull this?
    Anyway, this is not over Fred!  I plan to have this whole thing investigated ASAP!! ( ie: you, your lawyer, your employer, and any other employment ventures your involved in)  Don't you worry!  If the prosecutor's office doesn't get involved, I will spend my own money to get to the bottom of this crap! I will throw good money after bad!!  I will ruin you personally, and professionally even more!  You messed with the wrong guy!!  Laugh while you can; we will see who has the last laugh!!   Robert Sanders ( Toms River N.J )
