Dr. William Hamad, D.C. of Hamad Family Chiropractic, LLC is a very rude, condescending and disrespectful man, in my opinion. We are one of his vendors and after his assistant Nicole contacted me regarding Dr. Hamad's buyer's remorse (he didn't want to pay for goods & services rendered) due to the fact that his wife was giving birth in 2 weeks. We explained our policies, as with most companies, could not accommodate him. But, we would consider any other means to try to please him.

After the call with Nicole ended, he immediately called me (thought he was unavailable?) and - without identifying himself - began to scream and curse at me. He was extremely vulgar and threatened my life and my company. He went further to make all sorts of false accusations and allegations about me and my company that simply were not true. He used every foul & threatening curse word in the book. Then, he simply hung up. I attempted to call back several times, based on the caller ID that appeared on our phone (it was his place of business - where Nicole, his assistant, had lied to me and claimed he was unavailable). There was no answer.

During my conversation with Dr. Hamad, he made several threats against me personally and threatened to do damage against my company. He also claimed how smart he was because of the 8 years of schooling he attended - his tone implying that I was an uneducated fool. 

We provided proof and faxed evidence as to why we could not refund his money. He continued his verbal assault before hanging up.

Dr. Hamad knows who I am and I would like a written apology, written in this forum by him, personally.

To Whom It May Concern

Recently my office filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Gahanna Chamber of Commerce against Student Relations, Inc. and Louis Victor, the suspected author of this post.  The reason for our complaint was that we were victim to an advertising scam used by this company.  When my office manager, Nicole, called to ask for a refund she was verbally assaulted.  Louis Victor then threatened me when I told him I would file a complaint if the company would not issue a refund.  This post is his retaliation against my staff and I.  We have never worked with this company before.  This is not a vendor but a fraudulent advertising company.  The malicious and hateful comments posted should hopefully serve as evidence enough that this is a clear attempt to harm my reputation, rather than a legitimate business trying to resolve a legitimate complaint I made with the BBB.  For anyone interested, a simple online search about this company should verify any doubts.  There are over thirty complaints on this site alone against Student Relations, Inc.  If anyone would like further information concerning this advertising scam please contact my office, the Gahanna Chamber of Commerce, or Gahanna Lincoln High School.

I do not know of the person or company Dr. Hamad speaks of. Clearly, he has issues with other folks, too. Though, I cannot speak for the company or people Dr. Hamad speaks about above, he is not referring to me. The mere fact that this is happening to other people, vendors and maybe customers speaks of his own personal character. I am sorry that another company was dragged into a simple complaint I had, personally, with Dr. Hamad. I stand by my original complaint, as it has not been addressed. Instead, Dr. Hamad misdirected the blame and failed to take any responsibility. I have nothing more to add.
