Michele Sickmann operating under the name of Life Spark Network center.  Their ads offer free massage, in an effort to get you to sign a contract for a 2 year course of Chiropractic treatment, at her discounted rate.  The treatment turns out to be deep breathing exercises at a cost of $65.00 per 10 minutes.  After several months of her "Treatment" I told her it wasn't working.  We agreed on a a payment for the sessions she had provided.

Turns out the excess bone and tissue buildup in my chest and neck was angina and after the treatment for a heart attack I suffer several month later, my neck and chest are cured...

Now 2 years later after hearing not a peep from them we received a letter from a collection agency attempting to collect $3800.00 plus for the treatments I never received.

I don't actually think what she is doing is criminal, but defiantly a rip off.

I believe there is an actual network of chiropractors operating this same way.  Not sure that could be a just a Michele sales pitch.
