Mouw Chiropractic ripoff, incompetent staff, refuse to give receipts! Council Bluffs Iowa

A family member went to this Chiropracter. The minute they knew he had insurance decided to make him weekly appointments for the next 2 years?!?! Starting 3 times weekly. When they found out there was supplemental insurance they then got even ruder with us. They were only advised of the major medical. Well the bottom line is this, they NEVER gave receipts. They lost a check then wanted us to pay for a stop payment, they finally said they lost it and it would be no charge. That night it went through the bank account still no receipt.

After calling 3 times and going in 3 times additionally. just to get a receipt for many reasons, they still refused to give a receipt. WE then found another physician that had no problem in giving receipts.
I would NEVER ever recommend this money grubbing, rude company to anyone. There are 16 others just with one glance and many others in the area. DO NOT GET services here, you will NEVER get a receipt and will only be hasseled by the staff!!!!!

ironic in a society that lives on credit, and we paid cash up front and were refused a receipt? How pathetic is that?
