NaturalMarket.com Charged for an items that were on 'back order'. No call back. No information. Finally cancelled - still waiting for refund. Internet

Placed a small order ($99.90) with the company via internet, should have received within 10 days. Day 14 I called only to be told it was back order.. Didn't know when for sure it would be sent to me. After several calls, I finally cancelled the order.
This company charged my credit card the day I ordered yet are taking their time to issue a refund.
Customer service wise - they are not customer oriented. Lost not only product, but lost several hours waiting on the phone to get to customer service.
