I do not have any complaints about the office and the staff, but I do have a complaint about the deceit Dr Brian offers his patients when they first come in there. First, he is only about money and will tell you that ( reading in between the lines of what he says ), he gives you an estimate of what your settlement is worth, as if he has any legal backround, and then coerces you into coming back and getting all these treatments that are unnecessary, therefore, racking up a bill exceding the PIP amount on your auto insurance because HE KNOWS all that money is coming out of your settlement.Second, he makes you think the auto insurance pays the medical seperately which it doesn't. When all was settled and my lawyer contacted me about the amount I was getting, I was shocked. Dr Brian was about 90k off, and the rest of my settlement after lawyer fees...went straight to Suncoast because he told me to keep coming back cause it will "look good for my case." He is complete a FRAUD!

First of all, I would hope that no one trusts an anonymous complaint. If it were valid, they could have gone to any legitimate agency to seek a remedy. This is most likely a disgruntled former employee or a patient who is upset they didn’t benefit financially from their accident.
We see hundreds of patients each year and, if this had any credibility, we would not only have large numbers of complaints, but would probably be shut down. The government oversight of medical practices is incredibly stringent. We would never treat patients with a certain dollar figure either as a goal or a limit and if there are physicians that stop treatment in order to “leave money” for the patient instead of when it is medically beneficial, I would advise you to steer clear of that practice. If you have any questions or would like to speak to us directly, our office number is 727-726-1460.
