We printed 600 T-shirts for Dr. Bessie Ludd of Destiny Church Inc., where she is (was) Sr. Pastor. Bishop Adoplh Ludd, her husband signed a church check and sent a church representative to pick up the T-shirts for the MannaFest 2008 Women's conference at the Ontario Convention Center on Augist 8, 2008.
The shirts were printed in a timely manner, and we were paid with a BOGUS check. Upon notification of the church administrator a Jamie Anderson, we were told payment would be made by Monday August 18th. Our calls were never returned, and payment was never made. The church suddenly shut down. Repeated efforts to contact the church have been unsuccessful. We were informed by an anonymous source that the good Dr's have most likely relocated to Georgia or Alabama. The amount due is $1125.00 + fees.

Now operating under Church of the Harvest in Georgia, this invoice is still unpaid as of 2-3-2010! We're still waiting.

Take the check that bounced and any statements from your bank pertaining to it.
Go to your District Attorney's office in the courthouse and explain the situation. More than likely since the amount is over $500, they will issue an arrest warrant and the fake ministers will be in trouble until they pay.
You could also contacte .the three major credit reporting companies and tell them about what these sfcumj did to you.
STOP waiting and START acting so you can get your money!
Be sure you tell the district attorney's office where these crooks are now.
