Harold Andrews of Hamilton Ohio came to Baltimore Md as a minister of Christ.He gained the trust of our congregation through his ministry,I had much respect for this man and i also contributed to his ministry,New Covenant Ministies.In 2004 I made a loan to Mr Andrews in the amount of 5000 we had our agreement signed and noturized.Mr Andrews has made no effort to repay this loaned,I have succesfully sued him in the Baltimore District Court.To this date i have received no money from this false,lying man.Harold Andrews uses his position as a preacher to gain the trust of people and then get their money,there are others in my church he has ripped off unfortunately for them ,they never put what they gave him on paper with his signature.Mr.Andrews has an assistant,Reba Pearce who is slick as he is,they are a tag rippoff team.The case number for this matter is 4470-2005 Baltimore Disrict Court.

People this man continues to do his best not to repay this loan.He appears in court,lies to the judge and myself.He never makes good on his promises.Harold Andrews is the worst case of a man who steals money from poor people in God,s name.

As of todays date 8-20-07,Harold Andrews has made no effort to repay this loan.This past April he lied to me and the court about his employment status,he was slick enough to use a lawyer friend to give the court the impression he had an attourney.To keep his assests hidden he has changed his ministrys name, this man will always be a crook in my eyes.Harold Andrews has left a trail of deciet and lies here in Baltimore,I warn everyone he is a false prophet and a thief.

8-21-08 Mr.Andrews appeared in court dress down claiming he is broke and is unable to repay the money he owes me.The judge today heard Mr.Andrews state several lies and had to correct him for speaking when he was told to keep quiet.Mr.Andrews continues his deceit to keep from repaying this loan, I have made it clear to him ,i will remain vigilant until this money is repayed.Harold now that you have discoverd this site..GOOD,you look like crap today...nice fake out.
