Trinity Medical Solutions - Matt Carns Owner And Thief, Beware of ripoff scam with buying and selling medical equipment Arvada Colorado

I was contacted by Matt Carns, owner of Trinity Medical Solutions in Arvada, Colorado, in February of this year. He made a bid to purchase 2 lasers from me. We agreed to 50,000 dollars for the 2 machines to be purchased outright by Matt Carns. He was very attentive and seemed genuinely concerned and helpful processing the paperwork and expediting the purchase of my 2 lasers. He absolutely promised and guaranteed payment within 30 days in full.

Today is July 26TH and I and my staff have made numerous calls to his office that are dead ends. Matt is ALWAYS "not in" or " on another call." " I can leave him a message" are the answers that are obviously rehearsed and standardized. It has been 5 months since I sent the machines and still nothing but unanswered calls and clear cut avoidance of my calls. I have searched, with my attorney, and we have found numerous others who are having the same problems with either waiting for equipment that has yet to be delivered (paid for in full) or waiting for payment As I am. These people have joined me to start a class action legal action against Trinity Medical Solutions and Matt Carns, owner. I have filed a stolen articles report with the local authorities and filed with the SEC, since this also constitutes a securities violation.
