This guy named Andrew White keeps calling me from the department of law and investigations, telling me that there has been a legal noticed filed against me. I did not call him back at first, but then the phone calls became several times a day. I picked the phone up one day and said your a scam artist, and before he could speak I hung up. He has called me back several times. What do I have to do to get him to stop calling me? On each message he states an officer will be out to arrest me at work or atr my home. Somehow he has the last four digits of me SSN-which is scary enough.

These are Paki scammers trying to scare you into paying a made-up debt that doesn't exist, They use a Telephone relay so they LOOK like they're American, they aren't Tell them they're just thieves and FUK OFF then hang up the Phone and turn it off, switch on the bottom (They'll IMMEDIATELY call back to scare you, scaring the shit out of you)
