I have a few properties in Atlanta

Real estate is way down , but even though I appealed the assessed value of my properties, they are telling me that what I paid 125,000 for 2 years ago is worth now 146,000!!.

They are also claiming that another property I paid 80,000 last year is worth 156,000 this year , so I pay 2600 in taxes for that one , instead of paying 1300

I have another one I paid 180,000 2 years ago , they are telling me that is worth the same in this market!!!

This people have no shame!

All my appeals have been denied , even though is obvious that something I paid 125 two years ago is not worth 145 today!

I am over-paying about 3000/year to the city of Atlanta in property taxes.

PLEASE HELP!
