Went to pay for a parking bill on Paymycite.com and here's this $3.00 transaction fee on top of the parking ticket fee. What?

Look under their FAQ, not a thing about the transaction fee at all.

Not even a option to opt out if you don't want to pay the fee or not. Nothing

This is a scam on top of the parking ticket you have as it is. Who's making the money here?
