Wayne County Friend Of The Cour Ripoff! Support paid but not disbursed. Detroit Michigan

Child Support is being paid by my ex-husband as ordered and it is paid in a bi-weekly format. Checks used to be dispersed to me and everything was fine.

Now the checks have stopped coming and there is a total of $2,243.00 owed to me. Even though he is paying and it is going into an account somewhere the arrearages are steadily increasing.

I have sent emails, letters by post, faxes to anyone and everyone I can find in my old paperwork. I have listened time and time again to numereous automated attendant lines to no avail. I have now decided to file this report and have contacted the Governor's office. Don't know if it will help but I am also going to contact the Newspapers too.

The Wayne County Friend of the Court has become a Governement entity within itself. They have built up walls of steel and govern themselves without interferences so far. How can a Government Building be so unaccessible to the people? How can they continue to withhold monies for the children without explanations? How can they continue to collect interest on our money and not forward the appropriate monies to the families for which it is due?

I for one am not going down without a fight, I will pursue this matter and not give up...
