these companies are all somehow related because each time my account was charged it was under a different name

i ordered a free sample of extreme acaiberry on 10/14/08, i only had to pay 3.95 for shipping and handling. this was posted on my accound on 10/14/08 and recorded as 14SLIMTABS, 877-6154233, UTUS..... on 10/27/08, i had a charge on my online bank statement for recorded as FASTMELTS30, 877-8591069, UTUS for 89.31. not sure what it was for, i called the number on the statement. these are apparently associated with each other/

my call was answered promptly. i was told by the woman i was talking to that i had not read the terms on the webpage that i had ordered from.she was very rude to me in telling me that i could do nothing about the charge and i would be recieving the month supply and could not return it. i asked when i would be recieving the month supply. she put me on hold and came back to tell me that shipment was pending. they haden't even sent it, but they had already charged me, yet they wouldn't cancel. i cancelled the account with the woman and called back to speak with someone else.

The next person i talked to was male. he pulled up my info, and while i was explaining the situation to him, he stopped me and said "it is showing me your account has been cancelled mam, thank you, have a nice day." and he HUNG UP ON ME!

i was now fuming!

i called back once again and got another lady...before even beginning to explain my situation, i asked her not to hang up on me.. she allowed me to explain myself and very nicely apologized for the rudeness of the other people i had talked to. she told me she would cancel the shipment and my account would be credited with in 14 days...that was 7 days ago....i'm still waiting
