I have evidence of Excessive force, Trial misrepresentation, wrongful conviction, civil libertie violatio. I have this evidence in trial transcripts, Video, and verbal recordings.
Becuase of my distracted driving ( i was digging through my purse,bad, bad, bad), I was pulled over. The officer Anthony Bonner set me up and beat me when he realized I was indeed not a drunk driver. I requested he give me a breathalizer and he refused. When I realized that I was around a corrupted officer I asked to go get my cell phone. He said yes. I left to get it and he tackled me by throwing my body in the air and thrasing me into the cement. I felt like I was bucked off a bull. He hit me in my head and sides. As a 5ft 5inches, 110 lb, woman, I blacked out from pain and fear. Additional five officers put a bag on my head and beat me repeatdely with their fist leaving bruises all over my arms, back, legs, and neck.I still suffer from reprocautions of the head wounds. It took two years to go to trial. I was charged of a .20 blood alchol, and resisting arrest. I know this to be impossible becuase it was 9:53 p.m. And the blood is not mine. It was repeadtly denied to test my current blood with the sample. My blood type is different than their sample. I left my boyfriends parents house after dinner. Dinner was at six. I had steak and potatoes along with a red glass of wine. At dessert I had apple pie and one glass of white wine. We sociolized for three hours before I left the house at 9:50 p.m. Becuase my father raised me right ( retired FBI Narcotics Agent). I was honest with the officer and cooperative. Until he finished testing me and wanted me to complete the last part, I was attacked, beaten in the head, and ribs. Taken in only to be beaten by five additinal officers and made fun of for being a rape victim ( I was attacked in my hotel room 6 months prior). They bagged my head and made sure of leaving their mark. I was taken to the emergency after I was released by my boyfriend and his RN mother for the beatings. They were shocked, as so am I.
I have proof to all allegations. During trial it came out the indeed the police reports were fabricated and then quickly covered up by the judge. The judge also guided the prosecution on how to win her case. However the judge recieve a slapp on the rist and I am still dealing wit the wrongful conviction. They also tampered with my blood, and covered it up. I currently have a complaint with the FBI and US Attorney, Eastern District, Sacramento, CA. And awaiting the appeal process.
