City Of Denison defamation of character,giving false info,and hurting a reputation i have built Denison Texas

people who enforce the law are breaking it. their policy says an officer of the law cannot say hurtful things or be rude to any person but they change those rules to fit their personal feelings.and also an officer cannot date a convicted felon but it says nothing about someone who had a deffered charge. but they insist that a deffered charge is a felony conviction. they are wrong... and they shouldnt say people are on drugs when they have no basis for that . i am against drugs and have children that im trying to raise to belive in the justice system but their not setting good examples i have made mistakes and have paid for them.
