LA CITY Dept of Transportation Parking Enforcement, "TICKETING for REVENUE" excessive, regular ticketing for insignificant/minor parking issues in Atwater Village/LA 90039, seems new REVENUE RAISING GUIDLINES recently emplolyed by the "CASH BROKE" city government is in effect in Oakland Ca, as well, in spite of all the hardship this state population has endured & the devistating conditions prevailing in the world this aggressive act by DOT on the people for situations here caused by the city itself is counterproductive, hostile, & demonstrates how badly LA city government is administered....I have recieved 5 tickets in 2 months for inching out my city made unsafe driveway twords the sidewalk, parking in front of my house, within boundries, & blocking my own driveway w/my car while I unload groceries, wash my car? what is wrong with this photo?

Still what has happened to the mysterious utility pole you mentioned in the other post? How did you go from parking to just unloading groceries or washing your car? What about your vendictive neighbor? How did you go from getting tickets reguarly in the last two weeks to 5 tickets in the last two months?
You wanted advise in your previous post. Well here is some..pull up. According to this picture you have plenty of room to move up and not even come close to blocking your driveway.
