Virgin Mobile Every time I make call's or receive call's they keep deducting too much money out of the cash balance, and deduct too many minute's off of my minute's Walnut Creek California

Every single time I make a call , they keep taking more than what they are suppose to off of the cash balance , and more minute's off of my minute pack than what they are suppose to . I check my account balance after I do the calculation's on my call's and discover them taking way more than what they are suppose to . Then I allway's end up calling them up on their customer service number (888-322-1122) every single day and complain about it , and they end up only putting a portion back on the phone instead of the amount they are suppose to , to replace the over charge they made . It makes me feel like they can't even calculate right . I am getting ready to take their virgin mobile phone back to the store and find a different pay as you go phone that has better rate's , and better service . I am fed up with them .
