#1 Consumer Suggestion

Maybe you should give some specifics on the "rip off"

AUTHOR: Steve - Bradenton (U.S.A.)

Your post makes absolutely no sense at all. You never gave any specifics on the actual "rip off". What are you talking about? Is this a labor issue? If so, file your complaints with the labor board. You cannot even take a labor charge to court until after you do this, AND get a "right to sue" letter. The judge will toss it if you don't do it this way.

Keep in mind that Florida is an "at will employment" state, so if you don't like your job, you have the right to find another one. It appears that you are barely literate. Could that be the root of your problems? "Bad treatment" of employees by an employer is not, in itself illegal. This "bad treatment" must fit into a category under the law such as discrimination, labor law violations, etc.
