As a person with disabilities, I moved to Archeston with the promise of smoke free environment and safety (even though my application for affordable housing was rejected despite my qualification). I needed to move out of another unsafe environment and this was my alternative. But, since that first week, it was clear that the management didn't care about the drug users and smokers. They were in the hallways, in their own apartments, in parking lots, and in computer rooms. I complained many times that my area was smoke free. The management denied and wanted me to show proof. I had witnesses and photos but no hope. Finally I gave them 30 day notice and since nothing was resolved moved out. Now Archeston has reported me to collection agencies. Does anyone know what I should do next?

when you did your walk through before signing the lease, didn't you? O-o-o-p-s, looks like you didn't.
Then you moved out, apparently without regards to the terms of your lease.
And NOW, you want someone to let you know what you should do next??
Did your lease specify the entire complex would be smoke (and drug) free, or just your living space?
Oh wait, you don't know, you didn't read your lease.
Here's some advice, don't be so impulsive in the future and think things out before taking foolish actions.....no need to thank me for this valuable advice.
