Auto Zone Employee Auto zone violated all my rights Discrimination, Herrasment, Intimidation, Retaliation ex Chicago Illinois

Because I steped up and stop the Discrmination against Costumers they were telling Costumers to go back to their ( F ) Country and come back when they Learned English Auto Zone Management Discriminated against me when I speaked Spanish they told me not to speak that sh*t in front of them. Disrespected me in front of the Costumers, Herrassed me, Auto Zone Retaliated against me. Auto Zone Human Resources Terminated My Health Insurance for a year. I went to the Hospital and my Appointments had to be cancelled because of them.
They took my Health Insurnace away After Human Resources told me that If I talked to anyone about this I would be dicipline or Terminated I sent Human Resources my Hospital Bills and They never paid nothig now they are liying that they never received anything, They cut my lunches , Made me do 3 time more work than everyone else, In winter they made me work on Costumers cars outiside and It was Snowing hard and it was real cold and me without Health Insurance I got sick for about 2 years straigh I lost my Voice and till up till this date I can not talk because Working outside by my self and no on else wanted to do Check Engines lights It afected my Vocal Cords. So if I got sick and I called off the next day I have to pay the Hospital out of my pocket. or if not I would get written up. Auto Zone's Attorney asked me that when did my Father cross the Border trying to Intimidate me the funny part is that Auto Zone hired this Attorney from Luisiana why not one from Chicago well if you think about it Luisiana is a small town if a Attorney comes to Chicago and Intimidates you the way he tried with me he goes back to Luisiana and no trace. His name is Attorney BENJAMIN H BENTA , and also someone kept slashing my tires, I got treaten by Auto Zone Human resources, They violated everything rights they said on the Auto zones manual they broke all their rules.
Now im stuck with a Collection from the Hospital and all this was becasue I steped up to defend Auto Zone's costumers rights, One thing my store managers told me that someone like me cant do nothing to Auto Zone because They are a multi million dollar Corp. .
Just because My Attorney forgot to go to Court and they dismised my Federal Law suit case wish is kind of weard how they can just trow out a case so big out of Court like that. Ill I say is that They might of won my case but not the fight. Im not stoping for no one everyone is going to hear me I need to talk to the Media and News Papers

First of all, I agree that ANYONE living and/or working in the United States of America should be able to communicate in the ENGLISH language. At my job, I demand that people speak English. I will turn away a customer that cannot / will not speak English. That is our language here.
[And, it is a legal liability, as they cannot read and understand the warning signs in and around the shop, nor can they understand the repair order / estimate they are signing].
It pisses me off that people have the balls to come to our country, usually ILLEGALLY, and then want us to learn THEIR language to accomodate them in being here illegally!
It is a LEGAL immigration requirement to be able to communicate in the English language. If you can't, you are obviously here illegally, right?
BTW..Your spelling and grammar skills are terrible, at best.
I still don't see what Auto Zone did that was illegal or discriminatory.

I am sick of the illegals. I have nothing against the race of whatever people YOU want to claim membership with, but I am sick of your practices. You fill our welfare offices and doctors clinics. You stick your hand out for foodstamps while the government denies its own citizens a share of the welfare. You don't pay taxes, you want to have a political say-so, and you demand we speak YOUR langauge and post our signs in your mother tongue. I hope they do build a damned fence to keep you people out.
And you say "oh, well you're not descended from Native Americans, your ancestor also got off the boat at some point." You know what? That's exactly that. They either got off the boat and went through legal processing, or they came when the country was open to immigration. Well no more. The doors are closed and you must be processed.
Why can't we be next to Germany or France? I know a German who is educated beyond college, works hard and CANNOT get into this country for shit! I tell you if he was here instead of someone from south of the border, you wouldn't read about him in the paper for getting arrested for either (A), beating his wife, (B), beating his kids, (C), driving without ever having a license, or (D)driving while intoxicated.
We are letting the wrong social groups into this country. Prospective citizens that are upright and outstanding are not coming from Mexico. If they have the stuff to make decent citizens, they are not coming over here, because they're happy where they are. We're getting the trashiest people, not decent ones.
It's just like the county where I grew up. As the metropolitan area about fifty miles away started to tighten the zoning laws and other ordinances, the trash from there started to migrate towards us because they didn't want to obey the laws or keep a decent home, or not beat their freakin' kids or wife!

Your rip-off report should be on your lawyer. Why not get another lawyer and sue the lawyer who lost you the case. If you can prove damages, which I believe you can here, you should be able to. Plus I am sure you can find a lawyer that dislikes the one who messed up for you. It is similar to medical malpractice but I am not sure what the term is for lawyers.

How in the hell can you translate?
YOU do NOT even have a grasp on English Grammar yourself!
If you are an American born citizen, why did you not pay attention in school and learn ENGLISH GRAMMAR? You are borderline illiterate.
You have no grounds for a lawsuit.
An employer CAN legally determine what languages you will speak on the job.
This is the United States of America.
We speak English here.
Learn it or leave.

I use to work for Auto Zone in Baltimore MD, and one day I overheard the store Mgr. call me a DUMB NIGGER. I got a employment attorney from the Cochran Firm here in Baltimore. He filed suit in US District Court. We settled out of court, and I walked away with $ 160,000.00. Who is the DUMB NIGGER now ??

Bobsjazz I am sure that if you did have a settlement you would have signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement. By posting here you there is probably enough information where it could be seen that you have violated the NDA. So either they were dumb and didn't have you sign one(doubtfull), you really are a dumb person, or you are not telling the truth.
Since you went this far please post the Case# and Court that this suit was filed in.

Hey auto zone employee,
I am curious as to whether you graduated high school or, did you quit?
Why would Auto Zone keep someone around they did not like? Would it not be easier to just fire you? If you did not finish school then, I understand why you would put up with it. If you did graduate high school then, you are angry at the wrong people. The great state of Illinois should be the subject of this report.
Apparently, they did not provide you with a proper education. Discrimination maybe?

Your story is false, it has to be. AutoZone specifically LOOKS for people they can hire that DO speak Spanish, because we have so many customers who are not totally comfortable in english. Granted, that isn't the best criteria to be hiring solely upon, but it's a complete opposite of what you are claiming.
