G.M.A.C. , Homecomings Financial - GMAC Mortgage modification fraud, no denial letter, two times trail payment with no modification Internet

To whom this may concern, I could use your help to get a modification on my home so I don't get into foreclosure. Let me tell you my situation please. I have been trying to get a Government modification for over a year now. I signed up with Save my home USA and paid $1,800 to them to get me a modification and then they were a scam and went under. Since then I was sent a agreement from my mortgage company (GMAC) for a three payment trial modification agreement and did pay all the three payments and they were all on time and then heard nothing from my mortgage co.  I continued to pay the same amount each month and then I then got in touch with Jane here at Catholic Charities in Elmira, NY who has been trying to help me. Then GMAC sent me a second modification three payment trial agreement which was a higher amount and I paid that on time and right after I paid the last payment they said I was denied and said a denial letter was sent to me but to this day have not gotten one. I have contacted "HOPE" to try to help me but not sure what they can do. I feel I was fraud ed by my mortgage co. They tell me my investor who is "Presidential funding", is at its "modification limit" but yet the Obama modification is still going on. GMAC has received three Government bailouts for mortgages so far. Now they say I owe fees and escrow  amounts of over $9,000 that they say I either have to pay or move. Now I am in a real hardship situation because of them putting me off for over a year now. I started the modification in March 09. I could really use your help so that I can keep my home of 23 years. I have never got this far behind ever. I was lead to believe they were going to do the modification for me and now they even sent me a third and fourth modification package to send in to them.
