This coward will lie about anything.  He talked us into renting to him, holding his check for 12 weeks until he moved out of his current home (he was evicted) then called and said his mother died and he had to fly to New York. 

He got into our rental unit, changed the locks and was there the entire time.  He is a drunk, suspended license and does this scam every other month.  He has a record since 1992 of domestic violence, numerous evictions, drugs, theft, etc. 

A formal eviction must be done by law.  He knows what he is doing.  He lives for free for as long as he can and then on to the next victim.
