RiteAid LOCATED ON KENNEDY BLVE JOURNAL SQ NJ 07306 THEY FORCED ME TO ADMIT THAT I STEAL EVEN THOUGH I WASNT STEALING. JERSEY CITY, New Jersey

i went into riteaid and i got 2 snacks for my daughter and 2 nutritional drinks. I got one twizer went to the cashier and i gave him everything else except twizer because I forgot because it was in my stroller and as I was leaving the store a guy stopped me and stated "you stole the twizer." I was looking at the camera i said no i didn't steal it, i forgot that I had it and I am going to pay and he said no you steal it because u went outside the store without paying it and i said if i forgot to pay that doesn't mean i  steal and he kept on saying "No, no you have to come with me in the room and I asked for what? he said, "No just dont ask questions u have to come with me and i had  to go somwhere I was getting late and also my daughter whose 5 months was crying
because she was hungry and i went with him because i wanted to go home and he told me to give him my id cards i asked again for what he was kept on screaming at me GIVE ME  YOUR ID CARDS DONT GIVE ME HARD TIME and i said u are giving me hard time i just forgot to  pay and u are doing all of this and he said JUST FILL OUT THE PAPERS AND GIVE ME YOUR ID CARDS AND SIGN THEM AND TAKE PICTURE SO U CANT GO TO No RITEAID AND THEN U CAN GO and i said i have to go i am not doing all this cause i was
not stealing it and he said u can't go if u dont sign the forms and he was screaming at me very loudly and my daughter was also crying and i was like oh god even if i was not stealing it i have to do all this so i can go home and my daughter was hungry i didnt want to
stay there and let her cry for that thing and thats why i signed the papers because i wanted to go home and give my baby the milk and that guy kept on screaming "sign the  papers if you want to go home" and after that i gave him my id cards and he said thats not
my real address and i said this is my address he said your id card has bayonne address and you live in jersey city i said what u mean i cant come to jersey city store if i live in bayonne thats stupid and he kept on insisting to me no this is not your address give me your real address oh my  godness and then i showed him my bayonne resident id with my picture on it that i made from the library and he still didn't believe me and gave me real hard time and i got very upset. i didnt know what to do at that point that was crazy and thank god i had my verizon bill with me at that time and I gave him that and then he was like ok and i said oh my god this is not fair to me  OF BIRTH AND I DONT WANT TO HEAR ANYTHING ELSE AND HE WAS KEpt ON SCREAMING  AND NOT LIStening to anything i was saying.  I HAD TO GO AND AFTER I SIGN THEM I TOLD HIM THAT I AM NOT GUILTY BUT I FILLED THE PAPER beCAUSE I HAVE TO GO AND MY DAUGHTER IS  HUNGRY AND HE SAY  OH I HAVE ALL THE PAPERWORK NOW THAT YOU SIGNED AND IF YOU WANT TO GO TO COURT OR HIRE THE LAWYER YOU CAN I SAY WHAT U MEAN HE SAY YOU WILL GET THE LETTER IN THE MAIL OF FINE OF 150 DOLLERS I WAS LIKE WHAT?YOU DIDNT Tell ME ABOUT ANY FINES BEFORE I JUST FILLED THE PAPERS CAUSE I HAD TO LEAVE My  YOU SIGNed IT AND HE GAVE ME SOME PAPER HE SAid NOW YOU CAN LEAVE AND I SAid THIS IS JUST NOT FAIR TO ME WHAT HE DID I AM GOING TO CONTACT THE CORPORATE AND TELL THEM EVERYTHING BECAUSE THIS IS NOT FAIR TO ME OR ANY CUSTOMER THATS WHY I AM SO MAD  AND I WILL FURTHUR TAKE  THE ACTION IS REQUIRED BECAUSE IF I DONT DO THAT HES GONE DO THAT TO ANYONE ELSE NEXTITME HE DID TO ME AND ITS NOT FAIR AND IT IS MY RIGHT TO CONTACT THE CORPARATE AND TELL WHAT HE DID TO ME AND THAT THING  NEVER HAPPEDNED IN MY LIFE BEFORE BECAUSE I AM NOT A STEALER.I JUST WENT IN THE RIGHT
AID CAUSE MY DAUGHTER SAY SHE WANTS CHIPS AND ALL OF THIS HAPPENED TO ME  THIS IS NOT FAIR.THAT RITE AID IS LOCATED IN JERSEY CITY  AT KENNEDY BLVD STORE # 2859-61 I WILL FURTHER TAKE THE ACTION WITH BBB BECAUSE THIS  IS CRAZY!
