Need help desperately!

This is an ongoing damage to me and my property since 2004 due to Shasta County S.O. who refused to return to me over three generations of official original records of my family that they have been using with police protection since. I even gave the S.O. a set of photos to prove only one person could accomplish this feat and then further proof others were using my credit card info for buying that only this person could have gotten to this address but the S.O. assured me is just a misdemeanor so for five years now these many persons have had the only proof of who I WAS! I recently visited the local S.S.A. office and was told in essence I AM THE IMPOSTOR so was given no info on my from 1948 Social Security number. Now I am without ANY vital records but also any S.S. number and the Shasta Co. Sheriff office gave them all rights to my property and some very expensive jewelry and many other thefts from my home. I was forced to give up any rights and now need to find a way to register as an illegal alien I suppose. This denies me any rights of an U.S. citizen even though born in Santa Ana, CA in 1935.

I did find on the last Shasta Co. homepage I had a past impossible address in Shasta Lake City, 96019 and some other mixed in names and addresses 'they' must be gaming with. My grandmother's name was changed for one accidental find from S.S.A. when they told me before they let me know it is no longer my number. I have been living with this vulture's father who I worked with at the local Humane Society in the 1970 and this 'thing' was drug along for the best part of 11 months in 2003-4. Since moving here (for safety as I can own no property or car obviously and these fiends were so well covered for) near my daughter I have missed some more very expensive jewelry she took with the rest I had hoped I had given my daughter but did not. I took a sample from the same designer of an 18 kt. dinner ring and this idiot actually said but the real estate salesman judge that day did not hear her, looking closely at this ring she explained, "gee, I did not see this one". That was my second liar winning Small Claims Court I ever financed to let the liar win, never again. Seems this system only believes the sobbing actors and cannot comprehend truth or common sense. Another taken was one platinum 2 CT. eternity ring of antique and flawless quality plus more best jewels. This Tammy Lynn Laflin of 3633 Olive St. Shasta Lake City, CA. was the only human alone in my home during this period and I knew early on things were missing like grocery store stamps and anything she could turn to fast cash. I had my best things so well hidden that only a person who literally crawled about my home could have found them! I could hear her doing this in the night, her Dad said she was just "curious".

We are a well respected family. One daughter is a legal assistant for Pickering Law Firm of Redding and the Son-in-Law and grandson both are C.O.s here at Pelican Bay.

I have no records to prove who I am and have had three strokes and just been diagnosed with Epilepsy and it is obviously impossible to get drugs and proper medical care when I am not 'here'. I just recently got a notice I am cut off Medi-Cal and Medicare premium coverage when I applied last year but NEVER got any answer, directions or card. I have no idea of how many are receiving my benefits or how many name changes they have made and record changes in general, any person with my ID can do this on and on forever. But me.

On the second police report I gave proof of someone at a trailer park at space One on Tunnel Road who are friends of Tammy using my credit card for an AOL subscription I was paying for five months without noticing on my bill. I have never used the retarded AOL service. AOL refused to even give me the e-mail address I was 'buying'. S.O. refused to follow up or get the address either. Absolute cover up from day one...

I hate to bother you but I am leaving out many details but am forced to keep sending out my ongoing and worsening victim punishment. I was a victim of a crime in Redding many years ago by some well known bunco artists and when they ran home to get their kids to also lie I was punished for troubling their life's work at the tune of over $12,000 with the cops laughing at me with the Pros. I was ordered to PAY the thieves for what they stole! I ran my own ad in the newspaper to prove who these well known Tom and Elizabeth Riley operated with police help. The 'public servants' stole two weapons from my home, one being a new Colt revolver for a misdemeanor as a parking ticket. One favoured detective had a son who was caught stealing weapons out of storage and all were said to be well armed with stolen guns. So far I have not met an officer or judge with an IQ over minus 6. My sister and I were raped of our property by a judge (Coffee) in San Luis Obispo when he admitted sleeping with the doll suing us. She got it all! Right up to this recent visit to the S.S.A. office have I ever had fair treatment by those we were told to trust. There seems to be no system in this country but only rackets... How about this one? A divorce from a 49+ year alcoholic who was retired from Bell Telephone who hid all our assets and kept for himself plus took away my long deserved company rights and medical care. Men tend to leave wives with no money to try gain a bit of right, I would have had to sell the mobile home and car to pay for protection and knew from past experience I would still lose and owe more. Whooopeee!

Hall and whoevers at 554-42-8935 (already well public provided by police!), two stolen cards, the first with maiden name they now use of Obermiller (with Santa Ana address printed on as they did then) so the games can be well expanded. I have never been involved in any legal matter the liars but won it all the I had to be punished over and over, always the unbelievable. I sure wasted years in night schools and colleges studying business and learning some law as a para-legal and tax expert. I strongly resent this lifelong label as Sucker of the Century!
