You have had 4 children? How old are you? I figure you cannot be that old if your grandmother is still alive. How old were you when you had your first child?
And are these all by the same man, and is that man your husband, helping to raise those kids?
I think it is time to have your tubes tied.

I have no clue about your report because your comprehension of the English Language leaves alot to be desired. I suggest you learn how to spell, form paragraphs and come back.

It was quite hard trying to read your report considering all of the errors in spelling, grammar and syntax. But, what I gather is: You are quite young, immature and have children from several different men. You have no job nor any other means of support. You dropped out of school without learning any of the things necessary to succeed in life. Birth control means about as much to you as education does - NOTHING.
If you want to get out of the miserable conditions in which you now find yourself, you really should do the following: Go back to school and learn the things that you have never considered to be important ( they ARE important - if you haven't figured that out by now, there is no hope for you; you'll continue to wallow in the same slime pit of life until the day you die. ). Get your tubes tied; it's blatantly obvious that you have no clue about birth control. Get a job. Stop depending on others to get you out of the trouble that you get yourself into.
Of course, all of us on here seriously doubt that you'll do any of the things suggested, but the info is there just in case you actually do have an ounce of intelligence and will take the time and trouble to improve your situation in life.

Im sorry you feel that away.Yes all of my children are for the same man.yes I know what birth control is.How can you sit there and judge someone like that. You could have at least dug a little deeper. The way I see it ,the lord wanted me to have my fourth miracle.I had my tubes tied when my third daughter was born.Three years later my tubes grew back, and I had my fourth daughter.I want you to know I did have a rough upbringing but despite that I did everything I could to better myself in life.Am I perfect hell no I dont think so,but I try my best an thats all that matters. What the hell does my education have to do with anything. For your info I had my first daughter at 15.I stayed in school and started raising a baby all on my own.I had my second daughter at 17.After that I went to two years of college. And I held down a full time job along with raising my babies.Yes the father was in the picture but he worked out of town five days a week.A few years ago I learned I had degenerative disc desease.I had a major back surgery and am in need of more.No i cant work anymore,I would love nothing more than to be able to work again.I dont rely on other people to do shit for me.I have always done everything for my daughters an Imyself. So sorry if in my passionate emotional state of typing I made errors.Because of that you want to judge me.Now with all the downfalls in my life I have picked myself back up and Im still moving forward in the right direction.I am doing my best getting my daughter an myself closer to the lord.We live a humble little life.Just because I have had problems in my life doesnt mean I dont deserve my children. The fact is I done everything I was suppose to do,and they did not.No matter how uneducated I am I still deserve my children also.what are you saying people that did not go to years an years of school are below you and dont deserve to live a happy life with thier children.Sorry just trying to get an understanding on what You believe in.Im trying my hardest not to jump to conclusions about you,its not up to me to judge you.Your judgement day will come soon enough. Is there any questions you would like to ask me to get to know myself and my situation are you just want to keep your close minded opinions?the most important thing is that I love my children more than my own life, they are my world. Thanks for your time ,god bless you.

First of all - this is not a judgement of you. You seem sincere and in extreme need of strict guidance. It seems that there may be a few things you need to own up to - not sure what they are, but you by far are not the only victim here. I feel for the children who are in need of consistency, guidance and structure so that they do not repeat the same mistakes that you made. I'm not calling your children mistakes - just the fact that getting pregnant twice in your teens and not being able to focus on education to ensure they have life's basic needs.
What caused me to even respond to your rebutall (not your initial report) is that you keep bringing up want "you want" and what "you need". As a parent, as gut wrenching as it may be for me - if I knew my child would have a better chance at life and would not have to endure poverty and would thrive - I would sadly (for me) but unselfishly (for my child) have to face the facts that I cannot give my child the basic necessities in life. I am happy you were granted custody of your miracle child, I hope you do get the opportunity to build a relationship again with your children - I do pray that they are not separated from each other. That is a tragedy if that is the case. If you are not sure of their current well being - that is also so sad. But there's something missing here. I'll never know - but I can pray for your future, the education and health you you seem in need of and that one day your children can appreciate and love you as their mom - while enjoying the opportunities that they deserve to have. Blessings.

I read far too many accounts like this one. This mother hasn't been charged with child abuse or neglect, and it seems her "crime" is being poor. In this country, the poor are punished, and the rich are rewarded, regardless of how they obtained their wealth. The abuse and even deaths of children in the foster care system should be a strong incentive to support families so that they have the tools to thrive and STAY TOGETHER. It is appalling to read the attacks on this young mother--everything from her misspelled words. (There are misspelled words in our daily newspapers) to her choice to have children. I'm betting her attackers are all men. How dare you tell her to have her tubes tied. Her fertility is none of your damn business! Oh, no doubt you'll say you don't want to pay for this woman's kids. Why don't you question why the former CEO of a health (?) insurance company that defrauded Medicare for millions is now holding high public office? Who do you think is paying for the Great Recession caused by Wall Street. All of us, and our children. Does that NOT concern you? Why don't you ask why kids in foster care are "managed" with drugs supplied by the very profitable pharmaceutical industry. People like you see women and children as objects to be controlled and managed. What you really fear is women's autonomy, which is why you rant against both birth control and single moms. I pity you. Payback time will come.

I want to start by saying thank you for your rebuttal. Whose to say that they are in a better place. Ocs is constantly placing children with unfit people.who hurt these children in horrible, horrible disqusting ways.these people dont care about these children because they are not thier own. And yes i do believe there are people out there that are good to these children but its not many.I may not be able to give my children everything they want in the world, but i can give them everything they need and more unconditional love than anybody else in the world.
why does my circumstances bother you so much.I could have just not owned up to my responsibilities and coward away.but the love I had for my children gave me great strength to keep going and pull myself out of a rut.I do take full reponsibility for my actions that caused this mess. But ocs should have been responsible and did thier part.they are put there to help families instead they are destroying childrens lives for thier on selfish wants, selling children how disqusting is that.
What I hate is that my babies keep getting moved around from place to place and being put in enviroments that they had never been in before.I did mess up at first but my children were always sheltered from the bad.Do you read up on what is going on all over the united states with ocs.One site that isreally informative is kidjacked.com.there are several others out there.my point is that they are my children that i love very much,I held up my end by completing everything like they told me to.In the time frame they wanted. Then when i wouldnt take thier bribe of just fighting for my two older ones they retaliated and did everything they could to take all my children.it made them mad cause i didnt give up after a couple years I kept fighting.I have been trying to get the word out there about what is going on with ocs where families can learn whats going on and protect thier children.
If I cant get my babies back the least i can do is try and help other families to stay together and not be distroyed. You are the first bad negative feedback that i have received. It was shocking.I am not being selfish thinking of just my self.I think about what my babies and countless others are going through everyday.even though i may not be as educated as you I still believe I can make a difference.I get up everyday and try to think of new ways to fight this war against ocs.I welcome any feedback.negative or positive I suppose because alls it will do is help me.Thanks and god Bless.

It is always interesting as to what is NOT said.
You appear to be skirting around your entire situation, probably leaving out things that will not make you come off too good. As an example in your original post you stated what you DIDN'T have. Such as you didn't have any charges of neglect, abuse or a criminal record. But you then posted an update where you admit you "messed up". So how did you mess up? My guess is that the answer to that question would explain a lot about your situation, and probably why you don't have your kids currently.
Oh and as for all of the abuses you talk about with people having their kids "kidnapped" by OCS. While I will say that of course no one is perfect, and every one of these agencies are overworked. But they can only go on what they see. And while you do have parents claiming that their kids were "kidnapped", you have just as many relatives complaining that they won't remove the kids from the parents house.

But having children at 15 and 17 is simply inexcusable. Assuming these were born after Roe v. Wade, having them was just plain stupid and irresponsible. So I do judge you for that.
Kudos on having them all with the same man, though. Is he fighting with you to keep the kids?
The big question is: how did this whole OCS thing start in the first place? What was the initial, specific incident that brought them to your door? And what was this "case plan" you mentioned, and why did you have it?
Also, how old are you now?
And to Chris - your generic "rich corporations bad, poor people good" post is hardly related to any of this. The fact that it is boiler-plate "Occupy Ripoff Report" crap is evidenced by the fact that we have ALL been telling her to use birth control, yet you post:
"What you really fear is women's autonomy, which is why you rant against both birth control and single moms"
Sorry, but you are reading from the wrong script on that one (perhaps you should come up with an original thought?). It is those that tell women to have lots of babies that don't want women to have any autonomy.

ok I have no problem opening up to you hardasses.I lost my three oldest girls after hurricane rita.I lost my three bedroom home ,everything in it was destroyed. We were left without anything. We lived in our car for weeks.I tried getting help over and over, but fema would not help except for the first intial check they gave to everybody. Which we used to rent a house, and tried to fix our car.there was not much to rent at this point. The one tiney place we found was very pitiful.but of course it was better than staying most of the time in our vehicle.Right as we moved in our cars motor burned up.We had a place to lay our heads at night but no transportation.my husband was a 18 wheeler machanic at the time, but the shop was also destroyed and it would be months before they were gonna get it back running. So just to get food on the table and try to keep lights ,water, and gas my husband took a job within walking distance making a whole 30 dollars a day at a little conveniant store doing odd an end jobs for the owner.in the end it just wasnt enough,I guess someone noticed how bad we were struggling and called ocs. When i said i messed up i ment it by not supplying my family with adequite housing. How dare any of you say I shouldnt have had kids and all that junk.Omg I miss spelled some words ,its gonna be the end of the world guive me a d**n break. You all dont have anything better to do than to sit up at your computers judging me.instead of tearing people down why dont you try building people up.If you did maybe the world wouldnt be so ***ked up.now what about you all how are your lives working out,you cant sit there and tell me you have not fallen in life.anyway i have had enough of ya'lls negative s**t.I like to stay positive in life.By the way who ever it was that said my baby wasnt a miricle moron every child is a miricle to begin with. But when mine was born after my tubes were tied there wasnt any mess ups with the surgery,I had a lawyer check into it,both ends of fallopean tubes were submitted i tact.Despite huge odds my tubes grew back within three years. That never usually happens until after ten years.Plus if it does happen that soon it almost is always a tubal pregnancy.Thank you all for your comments.God Bless.

As always, there's nothing like a single mom to ignite the flames of hate. So she's young? Loretta Lynn (Country music singer) was 13 when she got married. That's OK because she was married. Right?
One of you speak of "overworked" agencies as if that excuses them for trashing the lives of poor children. Why are these agencies overworked? Because they are understaffed. And underfunded. Possibly there is no oversight as well. And why is that? Because the corporate owners of our government officials don't want their taxes raised. I wouldn't be surprised to learn some of you who attack poor single moms are benefiting directly from those tax breaks for the wealthiest Americans. You have no right to impose your moral values on this single mother. It is immoral to allow corporations that outsource American jobs to other countries to get away with paying NO taxes while defunding programs that could lift many Americans out of poverty. These are bad corporate /government policies. Strong thriving families = a strong thriving nation and there is more than one type of family. Your only answer is that this embattled mother misspells words and shouldn't have kids (birth control can and does fail) and her defenders use "generic" and "boilerplate" arguments. I don't need a boilerplate. I can think for myself and reached my own conclusions after many years of observing the world around me and how it works. As if I owe you any explanation. BTW--you misspelled my name. Good luck to the mom in Louisiana. Keep fighting for your kids.

If what you say is true, I apologize for most of what I assumed about you. A few things still stand, however:
"How dare any of you say I shouldnt have had kids and all that junk" - I am not saying you shouldn't have had kids, I am saying you shouldn't have had kids when you were 15 and 17, and I am absolutely right.
"every child is a miricle to begin with" - Not unless the mother is a virgin. Do you know what the definition of a miracle is? Here's a hint: if something has happened thousands of times a day, for the last few billion years, it probably isn't a miracle. The tubes tied thing does not make it a miracle anyway, unless the child popped out of your womb and proceeded to walk on water.
"You all dont have anything better to do than to sit up at your computers judging me" - OK, you're right about this one. I have no idea why this site is so addicting. It takes up to much of my time, and it gets so darned depressing after a while.

chris i want to thank you for your kind words, its much appreciated.Steve I pray that in the future you dont attack people and jump tp conclusions about thier lives.maybe its just me and all the christians of the world but a child is a miricle no matter how many times a day it happens.I really feel for you that you can not see this.please dont be so closed minded, think about this a bit.A life starting from almost nothing growing inside of its mother until fully developed. Then being born into the world.A new little precious life. And there are so many that dont make it to that point in life so everyone that does is in fact a miricle.A miricle can be very small. It doesnt have to be something as extreme as walking on water after being born.I believe that a miricle is in the eye of the beholder. What may be a miricle to one person may not be to another.I suppose i need to keep this in mind when thinking of you.Of course your a man and wouldnt see life as a miricle, ask any woman who has grown a life inside of her and giving birth to this miraculous little life. Not saying that all man doesnt see this awsomeness as a miricle.Steve you must not have children ,do you? This is just my opinions hope im not offending anyone. To everybody else that wrote in positivly, thank you for your support and kind words.i needed that so much because interacting with steve had made me a little depressed.I went to church yesterday and prayed about it, it helped a little. It did help alot also to here steve say he was wrong on a few things, thanks for that steve. I want you to know, people will always have something to say. They will always be judging you no matter what you do. I bet if you waited when you turn 40 to have these kids, they would also have something to say about that. don't read the comments of these people, instead, read the ones from real humans with good hearts who know no one is perfect and everyone's situations are different. I bet, almost all of these people would have children at the same age that you had yours if their parents didn't put them on birth control. I want to let you know that, people will do you all the wrong that they can get away with, because this is an evil world. Very few are doing what's right. Pray God every time you have a chance. You don't have to say a lot, just say, "please God help me" every time you have a chance. Every time these people are giving you the running around, don't worry abut them, just say OK and leave. I have a feeling, they are doing it just to give you problems. They realize what they are doing is working, they keep on doing it. Trust God, he will fight for you, just let him fight them for you.
Buy a bottle of wine, enjoy half a glass every evening and relax, God will give you your children back. Say this every time you think of these children, "GOD will give me my children back, " and keep on going. God loves you very much and I know he will bring all your children back to you.

2.they are scared they know they have committed crimes that will end them up in prison
3. This is their last desparet attempt at saving their butts through self esteem assasination. Yes America these heartless cruel.people are who care for our kids and they destroy them the same way
4. Common sense tells you that education cant teach a person how to love their child. Even wild animals know how to love their children. Its innate.. maybe if more cyf workers had kid they could understand
