All Pro Cleaning Systems Inc Changed the Amount Originally Quoted Almost 1 Month After Job Was Done Sandy Utah

On 11-22-08 after my home had sewage back-up Roto Rooter recommended I call All Pro Cleaning Inc. to clean up all the contamination.

At that point they quoted that even though the job was a very small job for them, unfortunately, they had a minimum of $350.00 for coming out on a Saturday. But that if I waited for monday they could do the job for only $250.00. Unless I preferred to have them dry everything instead of just tossing everything and then it would be $450.00 on Saturday $350.00 on weekday. However they did not recommend I wait, because after 72 hrs sewage can create a lot more problems for you.

I hired them to do the job for $350.00. They had me sign the bottom of their form to authorize my credit card. Above the signature there is a small disclosure that states that by signing on that line you agree to all the small print on the back of the document.

First of all they cut back the rugs leading into the next room way to much in an area that was not affected by the sewage. They did the same thing in the attached closet in the room affected by the sewage even though the closet area was not affected. Then they put some of the contaminated items in my personal home garbage can. Which actually defeated the purpose of hiring them. But everything wouldn't fit in their over stuffed van.

Then almost a month later I received a bill for an extra $126.44 an increase of 36%. The possibility of this ocurring was never mentioned to me. I made several attempts to get the matter corrected but they were only willing to meet me half way. Since that half way point was not what I had previously agreed to, I feel they have acted in a dishonest manner.

They send 2 employees to you home to do the job so that they can collaborate each others story. Both Zaid and Tyler did not stand behind their word but did stand up for each other. I asked Shey and Kristen for the owners name and they both refused to give me the name.

In the future if you need someone to do cleanup for you. I highly recommend that you DO NOT CALL ALL PRO CLEANING INC. Their work is shotty, they will leave contaminated items behind and they will not honor their quote. Both Zaid and Tyler were very charming. BEWARE OF THEIR CHARM. And by the way they removed the screen on the window and didnt put it back. In an area thats too hard for a senior citizen like me to get to.
