Harris used bait and switch on me when I bought my franchise, i wanted my money back put they would not give back. I did not hold the by-laws over 10 days which is a against federal trade comm and cal corp law. They sued people for selling spotters in walmart then have them sold in homedepot. Thats the way they do business. THEY ARE A FRAUD. to customers around the world. Now I fight against them. I have a powerbase which if anyone whats to see chem-dry equipment produce steam I can show it. They use steam I tell everybody they use steam. Harris can sue me and bring the powerbase into court. They have no control over franchises in 5 years i was never mystery shopped. No one every took a sample of cleaning solution. THERE IS NO CONTROL and I can prove it. Chem-drys around the country do not use there equipment like there suppose to , they dont use the solutions because there is better solutions out there that work better. DONT USE CHEM-DRY or buy there franchise they SUCK.
