ChemDry Total ripoff on what you get for the price; unfriendly unprofessional customer service Gilbert Arizona

Before we moved into our house, I wanted to make sure the carpets were clean. I have a baby and cleanliness is essential, in addition to not wanting to walk on someone else's dirt. We hired ChemDry through Home Depot hoping we would get great service. After cleaning the carpets, (I wasn't there at the time - my husband paid and he doesn't bother to double check anything), I noticed that many areas weren't vacuumed like they were supposed to and there were lots of spots left untreated. So, I called the company to report this. A different technician came to check out the job and quickly sprayed solution on couple of spots. A few days later, I noticed the stains were still there. I called to report this again and this time, I got a very unfriendly CS. She told me that if I pay for Honda (or whatever make she mentioned), I shouldn't expect a Mercedes. Oh really?!! We paid close to $300 for areas that are very small. She gave me some BS excuse that they use special cleaning materials, etc and that's why they are priced way over the avg. carpet cleaning here in AZ.

In my opinion, regardless of the service you order (basic or advanced), you should receive quality. In this case, we didn't at all and I will never use this company again. The sad thing is that apparently they are known in the valley (according to Home Depot) and I have NO clue why.
