This cleaning company is a JOKE! I contacted this company and was treated nice at first and then after a few times of dealing with them, I discovered this is nothing more than a "one man show" and very unorganized. Jamie became unprofessional, showing up at my home late, not accepting phone calls when I would notice things were not complete. I tried calling her several times. I finally decided to try another company. That company came out, cleaned the house perfectly and even told me they have received several of "earth angels" customers because of the same reason. I thought they may have just said this to win my business, but they actually have a list of people for references and three of them were former "earth angels" clients. I spoke with them and discovered they also had the same problems with Jamie. She is unorganized and cleans like my 8 year old would clean....sloppy and missing the obvious. I decided to give her one last chance and did not disclose I had another company over a few days before she arrived for my next scheduled cleaning. When Jamie and her "crew" arrived, she even commented on how clean my house was and that it didn't look like I needed anything that week. I left only to return about an hour later, forgetting that I left my wallet on my bed in my bedroom. When I returned, no one was there and Jamie and her "company" had already left. I went into my bedroom and my wallet was not on the bed. I looked around frantically, checking under the bed, under the covers, etc. NOTHING! I had over $400.00 in cash, withdrawn from my bank that morning along with all of my credit cards and personal items. I began calling Jamie immed.. She would not pick up. It was then that I walked into my kitchen and on the counter was the receipt for the other cleaning service, which HAD BEEN IN MY WALLET!!!! I then discovered that the house had not been touched. there were still a few dishes in the sink and the floors had not been swept or vacuumed. I was PISSED! I began calling Jamie and left voicemails that if she did not return my calls I would call the police! While on the phone with the police, my caller Id popped up with "private". I asked the officer to hold and picked up the line. It was Jamie telling me that I am a "bitch" and how dare I lie to her and not tell her I was not happy with her services. WHAT????? ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? I TRIED TO TELL HER EACH TIME. SHE NEVER ACCEPTED MY CALLS OR RETURNED MESSAGES!!!! She then laughed and said she didn't have my wallet. Then I told her "all I want is my wallet returned. You can have the money, just return my wallet." She then laughed and said she did not know what I was talking about and hung up. This lady is insane and truly a bad business woman. She is a thief and a lousy cleaner. Her cleaning skills are that of a child at best and can not be trusted in your home. I contacted the other "ex" customers of hers and was told by one that she had a gold necklace on her dresser that came up missing as well, which "re-appeared" when she told Jamie her house was under video surveillance and she was getting ready to pull the tapes. She said she had left for work that day, with the intentions of hiring a lock smith to replace her locks because Jamie had a key. When she came home to meet the lock smith on her lunch break, the necklace was back in it's spot on her dresser. (She also did the frantic search on the floor and under things too) My advice is stay away from this lady and her "company". What a joke. She over charges for sub par service and is a thief! Please do not do any business with Jamie or you will be her next victim!
