Had you done your homework you would know that actually, Goodbye Graffiti in fact IS the world leader in graffiti removal. They are one of the best renowned company's in this field of work supporting this even more, is the fact they are one of the 'greenest' company's. Meaning, they're environmental awareness is by far one of the best.

Aside from that, they, unlike other company's who claim to be the best, do NOT use damaging products or equipment. In your defense, it is POSSIBLE to damage anything given the right conditions or poor conditions. I myself have even accidentally damaged a wall or painted surface or even an other surface at one time or another. Nothing, NOTHING is guaranteed. If you believe so, then you have to seriously look at what kind of a service you are expecting. Obviously, you are expecting complete perfection, which, again, in your defense the company should have provided. Now, it very may well have been a bad technician that came out, the wall may have been poor brick, there are many variables here without myself knowing the full details. Goodbye Graffiti as far as I know of, provides the best, intensive training possible to certify it's employee's to see that they are fully aware of the substrates and products they work with.

As sad as your report was, even sadder is that you chose to arrive to this website to state your sourness. The company in question is by far NOT scammer's. The customer here, being you, sounds like a baby. You find a better service than Goodbye Graffiti and I'll delete my rebuttal.

I must say I am surprised that you had decided to slander a company’s name on the internet. I am a customer of Goodbye Graffiti’s and find their work to be outstanding. I find that whenever I have a problem or need information they are always there to help. Their prices are great, their work is amazing and the technicians are informative and certified. I am unsure that you actually contacted this company, are you sure it was not an imposture? I would never let anyone besides Goodbye Graffiti do any work on my properties. It takes a lot of courage to come to a site and post negative thoughts. I think that if there was a problem you would’ve called someone and discussed it as they are always there to help. I think that you need to reevaluate what you have written and maybe focus on your company that is most likely falling apart because you’re probably nothing, but a competitor.

Also do you have any kind of proof that they have done any damage? I could show you before and after photos of my locations and prove to you that they are the best company out there.
