This company uses false advertising practices, tries to impersonate other companies on the Internet by using their business names in advertising, and fraudulently represents itself as other companies in the market. They also file false complaints and reports about competitors trying to get their marketing campaigns deleted so he can falsely represent them using their name. He also hires a scam company to write good fake reviews of his company, and fake bad reviews for competitors.

POSTED: Thursday, January 26, 2012
I am the owner of Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning serving the Seattle and Tacoma areas of Washington State. I am a U.S. Army Veteran and a family man. I do not conduct business in any shady or illegal manner and I provide accurate real contact information. My business phone number is 206.567.3710
The person who posted this complaint however is not willing to provide real contact information. I believe the person who posted this complaint is also the local competitor that has been calling my number and leaving nasty voice mail messages at all hours of the night. This person is upset that he is not doing well online and feels like he has to ruin my business because of my high ranking online and great reviews.
Here are my responses to each accusation:
1. Company uses false advertising practices, I only advertise as my business name and has never impersonated any other company. If this advertising was done a record of it should exist. Please provide this advertisement so I can track down the real source of it.
2. Company files false complaints. I filled one complaint with Google regarding a mixup by them of two listings and according to Google when this happens they ask that it be reported so they can correct the problem so I feel that I was right in doing so. Again if you have proof of this please provide it to me.
3. Company hires a scam review poster to post fake reviews. This is again part of the mixup by Google with merging two listings and I cannot prevent someone from posting a scam review, kinda like what your doing with this complaint you posted. Anyone can post anything online. I do not control the internet so I cannot stop this from happening.
I have many letters of recommendation and if the poster would like to review them in person please call me so we can arrange a time for you to do so.
I am a member of a national franchise chain that does a full background check on each member and I offer a full 100% happiness guarantee. If your not happy with the quality of the work then you do not have to pay.
Any questions or concerns regarding this complaint please give me a call at 206.567.3710, if for any reason I am unable to take you call right away please leave a message and I promise to return your call.
Sincerely,
Greg Lucas
