Impeccable Interiors House; Commercial Lawyers Network Violation of dispute procedures - the owner is supposed to counter dispute thru their CC Processing Center - NOT go to a collection agency Alameda California

Charged for sub standard services and breach of agreement to my credit card. I disputed with my CC company. They found, after investigation, in my favor and my CC was credited for $360.00. (twice for $180.00 on 10/19/2007) Company owner then engaged "Commercial Lawyers Network" a Carl Nance in SF as a collection agent/agency for the sum of $415.00. This is in violation of dispute procedures - the owner is supposed to counter dispute thru their CC Processing Center - NOT go to a collection agency.

Mr. Nance reported to the Credit Agencies and now a collection for $415.00 is on my credit reports. Mr. Nance was told several times over several months that this was a CC dispute. He disregarded that information and continually pressed for money. My CC company BMW Card Services # is 800-269-2273. The investigator was Ms. Dee Sing.

They have been reported to the BBB and the CA Attorney Generals Office.
