Thinking about a Mr Sandless Franchise? BEWARE!!! I have a legal action against them that is pending in the Federal District Court of New Jersey (Docket #08-3297) for fraud, conversion of my funds (theft), breach of contract, interference with my partner, and on and on and on. Before handing over your hard earned money to these con men, review the complaint on the federal court website (PACER) or contact me and I will be pleased to send it to you. It's is self explanatory. I am pleased to report that I have settled my differences with Mr. Sandless and it's President Daniel Praz. It is unfortunate that the misunderstanding between me and MSF/Dan has caused me to give up my interest in the franchise, as I have always believed that a MSF franchise was a unique and significant opportunity.

In looking back, I believe my dissatisfaction was based on substantial misunderstandings that have now been worked out to everyone's benefit.
