National Carpet Care Unprofessional Cleaners, Leave Carpet with Smelly Odor. Orlando, Florida

I've had NCC clean my carpet several times before, but the last time takes the cake. It looked like the guy came off the street, smell of smoke, then asks to use the bathroom. He had the machine in an old beat up van. I knew I should have stopped him from cleaning when he started the machine; the odor was awful, now after a month the carpet still smells. I've cleaned it myself, but can't get the smell out.

I called the company the same day to report it, they stated that a manager would call, but never did and that was 11/7/08. Today, I spoke to Matt, who wanted to charge me $25 to come out and deodorize the carpet for something his Tech did. Matt tells me only thing that might have happen was the Tech may have woke up something in the padding. After several cleaning by your company, what's different with this Tech's machine? He stated that's the only thing he could do, I told him that I was going to right but wanted to talk speak to a manager first.
