I am Steve, the owner of Olympic Janitorial Ltd. and I would like to make it very clear that Olympic Janitorial Ltd. has NEVER been "let go" from any of our cleaning contracts due to theft.

Whoever has written this file is lying and I would like them to show there name. It is a little too convenient to hide your name and be called Annonymous when you are not telling the truth.

A report was filed in May of 2008 regarding Olympic Janitorial's reputation. As the owner of a small business, my reputation is very important to me. Therefore, any accusations that may tarnish it should be addressed so that any misunderstandings and misrepresentations can be clarified in a rational manner.

First and foremost, the anonymous person who filed the report has made far too many errors to validate his accusation. Allow me to respond by addressing each false peice of misinformation in order.

False Statement Number One: The owners of Olympic are Steve and Bessie - not Betsy as the author of the report mentioned. Anyone who has had any negotiations/working relationship with our company would know that.

False Statement Number Two: Olympic Janitorial has NEVER entered into any contract with a person or company from Beamsville Ontario in the last year or in the last twenty years of our company's existence. We will gladly entertain the accuser's stance if he produces a contract that shows any agreement to the contrary.

Fase Statement Number Three: It stands to reason that if our company was never hired, it was never terminated for stealing. Furthermore, in our twenty years of existence, we have not come across such an incident regarding our integrity.

Finally, we at Olympic Janitorial ask that this anonymous complaint be disregarded by potential clients as groundless slander and defamation. In fact, we will happily produce a list of satisfied clients that we have had a long and positive professional relationship with.

First of all the first comment I don't believe happened because the person cannot spell the owner(s) name properly, and if it did happen I am sure the customer would have reported the said contractor to the BBB of Southern Ontario.

However Mr Steve your website olmpicjanitorial.ca looks like a kid made it you claim you have been in business for more then 20 years yet you only have 85 employees.

Your services list lacks abit of pictures and I mean your own pictures and judging from where your located you rent from a company that no one wants to do work for because they are so cheap there ass bleeds!!!!

Anyways with 20 years and only 85 employees you would think you would have more employees maybe you need good sales reps to get you more business...

Plus you addressed the person twice why do that... it makes you look like you have some serious mental issues.

 

 

 

I will address this to both parties first person,  I don't believe you hired the said company you complain about because you cannot get the owners name correct..

Second to the owners of Olympic Janitorial you answered the complaints (twice) that makes you look like your hiding something.

If you say you have been in business for almost 20 years you should invest in a real website and not the website you currently own plus 85 employees that's all..

A company with 20 years would have more then 85 employees, do me a favour before you go out looking for pictures for your website get someone to make a "real website" .

I had gotten my secretary to do some research into janitorial companies based in Hamilton, for our office Tower in Burlington

Your name showed up on goggle but upon checking both reviews I decided to take a drive to Effort Trust building  in Hamilton and see for my self where your offices are (I wanted to see first hand your offices) without anyone knowing,  because image is very important to us.

I decided to take a walk very nice building and decided to take a coffee at a coffee shop down stairs (very nice people) anyways to make a story short,  I asked the man behind the counter where Olympic Janitorial offices were and he looked at someone and spoke another language and laughed at me and said they don't have a office here in a real heavy accent .....

So I asked him who does the cleaning at this building so he mentioned to me that the building management team is on the 1st floor (main floor) and to go and speak with someone...

Decided to go in and speak with a gentelleman from Effort Trust and I told him who I was and given him my business card and told him I was looking for Olympic Janitorial and he asked me what for (so I proceeded to tell him) and his exact words were and I qoute "I don't believe this is the firm for your property management company,  they do the cleaning in some of the building and we always have problems with them" ..

So after reading the first complaint and this goes to the staff and management of Olympic Janitorial read carefully what the customer says he said he gave you a contract for a building in Burlington not in the location where you say he said...

Maybe you should carefully learn how to read because you commented twice saying that you don't do work in Beamsville when clearly he said you were given the contract in Burlington...

In my conclusions to both your comments and looking at your website closely you are not the firm we are looking for... I wish you alot of luck in your business
